Battle of Bywater
- The last battle of the War of the Ring.The confrontation that took place between the Shire-hobbits and Sharkey's invading ruffians. Under the leadership of Peregrin Took, Meriadoc Brandybuck and Tolman Cotton, the Hobbits succeeded in trapping Sharkey's Men between the high banks of the Bywater Road, and managed to defeat them.
